Policies
 
Payment:Payment is due on the day of cleaning. A $25 fee will be charged for any checks returned to the bank.
 
Preparing Your Home:Please take some time before our team arrives to pick up clothes, toys, dishes, etc.
 
Home Entry:Please secure your pets. Our team must have access to your home safely. Also, we will need a plan of entry, such as keys, codes, etc.
 
Schedule Changes:Schedule changes must be communicated with our office. Employees are not authorized to change schedules.
 
Rescheduling: The home office will contact you for any resceduling needed.
 
  
 
Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel your cleaning, please call 3 days prior to your scheduled cleaning. If Definitely Clean is not notified, a $25.00 cancellation fee applies. This includes, lockouts, unsecured pets, and if we are turned away upon arrival.
 
Accidents:Definitely Clean will not be responsible for any damage resulting from pictures or shelves improperly secured to walls or normal wear and tear. If damage occurs you will be informed. Definitely Clean will repair or replace.
 
Guarantee: Definitely Clean guarantees all of our cleaning. If you are not satisfied call us within 24 hours of service and the problem will be resolved promptly.
